Who I aM
I'm Jeramey Fields — a certified Neurokinetic Therapist and Functional Strength Coach based in Silicon Valley.
My story starts at Junípero Serra High School, where I was one of the worst players on the team. Shy, overlooked, and unsure of myself. Through relentless work I earned Most Improved Player and Defensive Player of the Year. I went on to play college basketball and compete against D1 and NBA-level talent — holding my own against some of the best players of my era.
Then a serious injury stopped everything.
That injury became my turning point. It sparked a deep obsession with how the body moves, heals, and rebuilds — and eventually led me to become a Neurokinetic Therapist, one of the most specialized certifications in human movement and injury prevention. Very few trainers in the country hold this credential.
For over a decade I've worked with founders, executives, attorneys and athletes across Silicon Valley — helping them rebuild strength, fix movement dysfunction, and reclaim the athletic confidence they thought was behind them.
I don't train in gyms. I work privately, outdoors, in focused one-on-one sessions at parks and tracks across Palo Alto, Menlo Park and the Stanford area. No crowds. No distractions. Just results.
I bring two things to every client that most trainers can't — the instincts of a former collegiate athlete who has competed at the highest levels, and the clinical precision of a Neurokinetic Therapist who understands exactly why your body moves the way it does and how to fix it.
If you're ready to feel like yourself again — I'd love to talk.
